I'm Wayne Brans & have been working within the landscaping & garden design industry for 25 years.

My career has gained progressive momentum within this period from building gardens for some 8 years, to designing and project managing for the past 15 years. I have now decided to build a business with Spencer Wakefield after all the appropriate knowledge has been gained and with the passion we hold for the industry.

I am a multi-National Award Winning Garden Designer, who has also been the landscape director at a well-established large Hampshire based design & build landscaping company, where I was employed for some 20 years.

I have a passion for strong garden design, the usage of natural products combined with sympathetic planting schemes. Our attention to detail is also key and strive for the best finish within all the aspects within a build.

I've gained qualifications from several areas including the Phase 2 Certificate in Horticulture & Landscape Practices. City & Guilds (Merrist Wood College, Guildford).

Also on the design front, a Distance Learning Course in Garden Design (The English Gardening School, Chelsea Physic Garden, London)
